Good afternoon Lil.
Thank you for telling us how you're feeling. Are you feeling more anxious due to having surgery? Coming on HRT? Covid? or a combination of everything?
Did you discuss HRT with your GP? What did they say? If HRT isn't an option at the moment then somethings that may help and are recommended are mindfulness, meditation, Counselling (CBT), medications from the GP. Reduce caffeine, alcohol and warm/hot and spicy foods as these can all be triggers.
However HRT would certainly help with your symptoms. Have your symptoms worsened since coming off HRT or remained the same?
Do talk to your GP and ask for help.
