How to cope with panic attacks?

I think I might have panic attacks but I'm not sure. I live alone, work full-time (currently from home) and it's really stressful. I'm almost always nervous and get these moments several times a week where I feel like I can't breathe, start to sweat (even though it's cold in the house) and I can't think clearly. I don't know how else to put it, sometimes I feel like I'm going crazy. I can't control it and I'm looking for some advice please. Thank you

Hi @betsy9,
Sorry to hear, unfortunately panic attacks are very common symptoms of anxiety. Have you talked to your GP about this? They'll be able to advise you further and recommend a solution / treatment.
Exercise can help a lot, I find going for a walk/run a couple times a day very helpful. I usually go out in the mornings, plus after work if I can.
Have you tried breathing exercises yet? I always do one at lunch, they help me feel calmer. We have some to choose from:
