Would counselling help?

I think I need professional help. I lost my precious baby girl 3 months ago but I'm still not over it mentally or emotionally. I cry every night. Jack (my hubby) wants us to try counselling. Do you think it'd help? Is there anyone on here who went with it and can let me know what it's like please?

I'm so sorry you're going through this Lydia, it's an absolutely heart-breaking situation to be in. I'd definitely recommend counselling. Opening up is not easy but asking for professional help was the best decision my husband and I made after losing our son. You could try talking to your GP first and see if they can refer you .
