Hi Diane, my legs have been really aching in the past weeks. I can't think what it could be - I haven't done any vigorous exercise or hurt myself or anything. Could it be hormonal?

Hi there, all I would say is be kind to yourself and know that being 'just' exhausted is enough to have a chat to someone. It sounds like you have a lot on and that you are bothered by the irritation and not being able to relax. Have you tried any breathing exercises or mindfulness sessions?

hi @Amber_Thomas_RDN thank you again. He's having 1-2 drinks per day, around 4-5 days/week, so less than 3 but still...is there a reason I can give him why you recommend he refrain from drinking from now until his surgery?

Hi Amber, my father has been diagnosed with colon cancer. He has a tumour in the descending colon and will go for surgery to remove it in a couple of weeks. They don't yet know what stage it is as they need to test the colon that is removed and then see. We are also waiting for MRI results to see if it has spread to the…

Hi @Chrisstan I know it's easier said than done, but try not to panic yet as it could be anything. Could it be something to do with your new environment / the weather / the air? That's great you will get a CAT scan soon. Please keep us posted how it goes xx

I would try breathing exercises. Just posted it somewhere else but try breathing in for 6 seconds and out for 6 seconds and repeat 6 times

wow thank you guys for replying to me quickly @trdlondon I have to stay awake in the day as I am going into work in 2 hours!!!!!!! I'm going to try eating dinner earlier, I'm used to eating after the kids have gone to bed but I'm going to eat with them today...I'll let you know if that works
