Hello there I was advised to spk to you re nutritional help to help with the hot flushes. Regards Debbie0July 6
Hot flushes can be a real inconvenience. Menopause in general is like a puzzle and it's important to get all the pieces to fit. Diet, exercise and lifestyle changes can help so can adding phytoestrogen rich foods to your diet such as flax seeds, soya beans, edamame beans. lentils, beans, tofu, soy milk, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, green leafy vegetables ( actually eating a rainbow is ideal for nutrients) and chick peas are just a few suggestions.
What's your diet like?
