Hi thank you for your help I will try this. I guess things must be on my mind that I am not aware of as the "conversations" or things going through my mind are not issues for my every day life happenings but more like two old ladies sitting having a cup of tea and a chat!!! Bizarre I know 😊 I know of switching off tv, iPad, so will start writing. Do you think tai chi could help? I am not a gym person and don't have any physical activity apart from running round the office so need to find some form of exercise not only to help physically but mentally as well.
