Has anyone experienced heat rash in menopause?
When I feel a rush of heat during moderate activity I get a prickly feeling and sometimes bumps appear but then disappear within a short time especially when drinking cold water or moving to an air-conditioned area.I would describe it as temporary heat rash (or cholenergic uticaria) with stinging sensations -and am trying to discern whether it's menopausal related or something unrelated. I have been to doctors and they aren't sure exactly. I'm not on HRT. Thank you.
