I wanted to share some information about Fountain Retreats who offer menopause retreats across the UK. They have really helped me. On a typical day retreat you do yoga and have talks from experts such as nurses, psychotherapists and nutritionists. It was lovely to be in the company of women going through the same situation as myself and who understood me and what I'm going through.
The food is lovely and they show you how making small changes to your diet can really help. We talk about the symptoms but it's fun aswell.
I would recommend them. It's a lovely day out, with really nice people and you will learn a lot
