Armpit pain. Anyone else?

I am currently on day five of intermittent armpit and upper arm pain on one side. I wondered if anyone else has been experiencing this. I have had it before but not for about three months. I would describe it as a kind of neuralgia rather than a joint pain. Alongside this is also what I call cotton wool head which is basically feeling gormless!

Oh no! Cotton wool head - yeah! Armpit pain - no!
That’s annoying for you! Is it keeping you awake or interrupting your day to day activities? After five days, I guess I’d be inclined to run it past my GP, even if it’s just a telephone appointment.
    Hope you feel better soon!

Thank you! It's a bit of a catch 22 situation as I am wooly headed so don't feel up to exercising so spending more time doing very little so notice it more. It's not affecting my sleep. I am thinking of making a Dr's appointment if only to discuss my symptoms (hot flushes are not too bad...yet!) as I haven't been since I started having period's (just over a year since my last one) I normally swim twice a week and know I will feel physically better if I can get back into my routine. when you aren't doing stuff you notice every twinge!

    Hi,

Do you have any other symptoms in the armpit?
I would encourage you to see your GP, especially as it has been going on for a while.
    Please don't put it off.
Hope you can return to swimming soon, I love it, and I know it does me the world of good.

    Best wishes
