Hi @Sehin, I just wanted to welcome you to your community! ❤️ Thank you so much for your question; we've had many ladies talking about both tiredness / fatigue and joint & muscle pain here on the forum, so you're definitely not alone. I thought I'd share a couple of existing discussions full of tips that you might find useful to read through (see at the bottom of this message)!
I'm also tagging @DianePorterfield-Bourne , our Menopause Nurse & HRT specialist in the discussion who will be able to give you professional advice!
I'm sure more ladies will be in touch soon - hope you have a fab day, you've got this!
Take care,

Oh and @MonicaM, perhaps you might have some tips / experiences to share? I remember us chatting about tiredness before! x

Hello, I am sorry that you are experiencing the calf pain and feeling sluggish and tired.
I have had the calf pains before or cramps especially at night. I am not a medical professional but my GP suggested magnesium supplement tablets sometimes helps or elevating your legs when you sleep.
Yes, I do have my moments when I get really sluggish and tired. When I am feeling this way I try to take a quick power walk during the day while at work. It helps a lot it gives me that extra energy that I need. I get tired at work in the late afternoon when it is almost time to go and it is hard for me to focus so sometimes that walk does really help to give me that boost until I have to end my day. I hope this helps.
@Sehin
Lovely to hear form you but not so good about your leg pains.
Are you standing a lot or walking too? Walking is good as it pumps the blood but standing for long periods of time can cause some problems.
I am repeating what others have said but it's worth talking to your GP about this. If menopause is an issue they can discuss your options. Magnesium is a mineral worth reading about. Aching legs is common in menopause. This can help some women too.
Please keep in touch.
Best wishes
