Oh my goodness, when will this end! Ive been peri-menopausal for about 8 years or so. I’ve had all the symptoms along the way but my main problem is spots, I have more now than when I was an a teenager! Also, my periods are very, very erratic and seem a lot heavier at times which I’ve never really suffered with. Oh the joys of being a woman!
Lisa for some reason many women get spots, when they have never had them before, around the time of the menopause. It sounds like you are perimenopausal, which means you are in the phase leading up to menopause. Periods often become heavy and erratic. By leaning to balance your hormones and get your nutrients back into an optimum range, as we know they take a nose dive at this life stage, you can clear your skin, regulate your periods and learn how to cruise through menopause. I find that women lose weight without dieting on my programme and both headaches and anxiety disappear. I think I would start with a good multi-vitamin and mineral supplement like Fema 45+ and Femenessence MacaLife to help normalise the hormone producing glands in your body.

Florentena these symptoms are much more common than you would believe and they are understandably scary. It’s interesting to note that they are worse after tea as this contains almost as much caffeine as coffee. On my programme women overcome palpitations within weeks and feel better than they can remember. Gene the lining of the vagina gets thin and worn when oestroen levels are low. I teach women how to consume Mother Nature’s oestrogen which helps to plump up the vaginal tissues and make them more lubricated. The Omega 7 we use is Pharma Nord’s SBA 24 as it’s been through clinical trials and is a standardised product. I haven’t heard of it causing hot flushes ever. You might want to switch to that brand and maybe take either Promensil or Femenessence Macapause to help control the flushes in the short term.
Hi, I’m 54 and I think I’m going through the menopause. I’ve been having night sweats and hot flushes for years, which now have reduced. I haven’t had a period for 4 months, but that doesn’t mean to say that they have stopped as this has happened before. My main problem is that I ache in every joint. When I turn over in bed, it wakes me up. I’m on my feet all day as I am a nursery teacher so I’m pretty active. Is this normal? I feel like a decrepit old woman and I want to feel like me again. I've seen your bootcamp kit for sale and wonder if you can confirm if you recommend using all items at once - to combat the various peri-menopause symptoms I'm experiencing (fog, fatigue, low libido, mood swings). I've tried HRT but didnt get on well with it.

Hi I have been been suffering with low mood, anxiety, brain fog and loss of confidence for some time. I have recently started taking menopace plus (3 weeks) But recently I seem to be having problems at night and my anxiety seems to have gotten worse. Although I think this may be due to problems at work. I have also read that sage should not be taken with blood pressure tablets. Could my increased anxiety be due to this ? I have also restarted taking Tesco's stress relief tablets which I find helps with anxiety, Is this ok with menopace plus ? Thank you
Hi I am struggling with the symptoms of menopause. I an 49 and started hrt last Oct. I was put on elleste duet to regulate my cycle, which is now unavailable. My doc put me on two separate tablets one being estrogen and the other progesterone. Over the last few months I'm just feeling so much worse , I feel at a loss as to were I can turn . I just want to feel like me again . I'm due to see my doc again in a couple of weeks but have just found this site... any guidance would be greatly received 🙄🙄
I've got your book The Natural Menopause Plan which is really helpful. I'm taking Red Clover but want to introduce Femmenessence. How can I best combine the two? When I stop taking red clover my hot flushes return.
I had a total hysterectomy when I was 38 years old which is now 29 years ago! I took HRT for a few years but that didn't agree with me so I stopped taking it. At 67 years of age, I now have thinning hair, bones and lack of libido. As I don't have nay ovaries, will Femmenessence Maca help with all my symptoms?
I had a hysterectomy in my 30s. I still have my overies. I am now 62. I have had mood swings for over 18 years. Not thinking it was PMT. I changed my job after 21 years as a coach and working in admin. I started the new job thinking that I could pick it up quickly with all my various experience. I found that I could not take in the simplest intructions. I could not remember what I was told five minutes before. I could hear the words but could not put it into practice. I am inputting information onto a system from patients. It is very important that the information is correct. I felt I had lost my mind. I could not do it. One person who was training me asked if I had dementia. All my confidence went. I would go home crying. Not sleeping. I spoke to my old working colleagues about what was happening and they said go to the doctors. He put me on HRT. My mind opened up and things seemed to come together but for one thing my breast became painful to the point that going over road bumps, while driving, I had to hold them down. I stopped taking them and the pain stopped. The doctors changed my tablets. But after a while I stared to get sharp pain in my breast. I have now decided to stop taking HRT and I would like to start taking natural supplements. Please can you advise me what to start taking.
Hello - my wife started her menopause about 3 years ago, and she is managing it quite well. However the hot flushes are very frequent, and causes her sleepless nights. And as we know, sleep deprivation can be very dangerous. She has a blood condition called Factor 5 Leiden Mutation, which as a result prevents her from taking any oestrogen (amongst other drugs)...so HRT is out of the question. I really want to help her, because as a dedicated husband to her I owe it to myself to find some kind of supplement that would help reduce these hot flushes. My wife is unaware that I am digging round in the background to find something to help with all of this. It would be wonderful if I could find something to help her...I just want to help her get a decent night's sleep...any ideas?
I have been suffering on off, lapses for four years. Had mirena coil fitted in June this year. Not felt right since..had citalopram prescribed, hrt since Aug this year. I am 52 and menopausal symptoms started 2 yeras ago, most notably with hot flushes (i get them at night as well as daytime, but no sweats. Other symptoms are exhaustion, palpitations, iritability and emotional . Recently sex has become painful...I am trying the Yes products.
