January weight loss - staying body positive?

I personally can't stand the sudden wave of weight loss, diet and exercise stuff that appears across the media every January - it's horrible to suddenly feel so pressured to make huge changes to your body (especially when we're all recovering from Christmas and it's freezing cold outside!). 

I think most of us would love it if the conversation around weight loss in January was a bit quieter - and a bit more body positive, celebrating women of all shapes and sizes! So my question is this - how do you plan to feel good in your own skin this January - WITHOUT going on a crazy fad diet or overdoing it at the gym?

I'm going to try doing some yoga at home on a weekend morning - and I'm going to throw out some old clothes that are too small for me, and replace them with something more comfy that actually fits me properly.
