On Monday 15 June I started my periods, but on Tuesday 16 June I was in pain all night and all day I thought I was diding I could not sleep it was horrible. I was wondering what I should of taking to take the pain away. Ursula Noble.
When I was experiencing painful periods my mom always suggested using a heating pad and taking Tylenol or Alleve. However, I am not a doctor and sometimes drinking tea would relax me and help me sleep.

It’s an unpleasant irony that your periods can actually become heavier as your menstruating days come to a close. Many women experience extremely heavy periods as an early sign of menopause.
So sorry to hear you're in pain. :( I can so relate to this, my periods are extremely painful. I usually get sick at least a week before I'm due.
I use a heating pad, or I like to cover my stomach and blow some hot air over it with a blow dryer.
