Hi thank you for adding me to your community. I did put a question up but God knows where I've put it. Im not great with technology. Im glad i came across your page as this "menopause" and it's effect on me are literally killing me. The lack of sleep the anxiety to many many hot flushes and many more tho i do put this down to my own health problems. It's the hot flushes i can't cope with they are few and far between what i expected but suffering 2yrs now i need to find a natural remedy that "will" help me out more on an every day basis. Look forward to hear if anyone could recommend any thing apart from hrt or any doctors advice. It's the natural route i would like to try as im in quite a fair amount of prescribed meds from my gp as i suffer from fibromyalgia to degenerative disc problems to knee problems any recommendations highly appreciated. Im 50yrs old however i feel older.
My mum passed away 8wks ago today. Please i honestly need some advice for anyone in this same position. Thank you in advance. #snuffles 😊

  • Hi there
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1997. Had all the usual - surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and then 5 years of Tamoxifen. Everything was good until 2010 when it was discovered it was back on the same side.Had chemotherapy which nearly killed me - lost the power in my legs, hospitalized for 6 weeks, had to learn to walk again. However, thankfully I fully recovered from this - couldn’t have chemo again but have been on Herceptin since then which has worked very well for me. My only problem is that from the chino that went wrong I developed peripheral neuropathy in my feet. I can walk ok, drive , but it limits the amount of time I can carry out these activities. Any suggestions about dealing with this problem? As far as I can ascertain there is no actual cure.

  • Hello ladies. I have just joined this group and hoping to either receive some help with this thing called Menopause or try to help others. 💕
