I have just done my 3rd chemo session and I'm struggling with eating, everything tastes and smells so bad, and my mouth is like cotton wooI.
Does this pass or am I stuck with this? I am worried I will loose weight and get ill, does anyone have any tips to get food down please!! I can't live on just protien drinks...

reading your post regarding your hair loss during chemo, brought back memories for me.
After my second chemo for breast cancer, I had shoulder length hair styled in a Bob, I was finding hair every morning in my bed and on my pillow.
My husband shaved my head for me on Valentine’s Day 2019, it was both tears and laughter, but it had to be done.
I bought some bamboo hats for sleeping in as your head will feel cold, then I bought some nicer ones for day time wear.
I hope you feel better ,as I did once your hair has gone. My hair has now grown back , I finished my last chemo end of June, it’s probably about an inch all over now, although I’ve never had it this short, I like it, it’s easy to manage.
Let us know how you get on and any questions you have feel free to ask, as you will find with this wonderful forum, we’ve all been there. Take care,
