Hi, I read that some of you are suffering with hair loss and weight gain, I too have the same problem. My doctor said on the subject of the hair, "don't go to the hairdressers so often". Hmmm, typical remark. As to the weight gain, "try not eating too much and exercise more", yes good answer, but I do not sit around all day, and another, I am a vegetarian, and there are lots of things I do not eat. Lots of people who have never gone through the menopause just do not understand. I do keep positive, as there is not just me in this house, so would appreciate anything else that I can do. Thankyou.😕
