The mental and emotional impact of a diagnosis

Dear all,
If you have been given a diagnosis or are a relative, friend, colleague, then you know by now that the impact is not 'just' physical, but also emotional and mental. But were you told what to expect, what to look out for, what to do?
And the stress about it all does not end with treatment either.
We can experience heightened anxiety, depression, mood swings, anger, hopelessness, relationship problems - just to mention some.
I have put together a short article which talks about it some more HERE
And then there is the whole question about whether to talk about your diagnosis, who should know and how.
You might like my thoughts about (including what I did) HERE or my podcast episodes

Feel free to ask any questions you may have on coping with a cancer diagnosis.
Very best wishes.
